Item Availability
The merchandise sold at Artikol’s website, artikolclothing.com is made to order and limited to the number shown in the Limited Production field. To stay informed or ensure your selection of product, you can register for our newsletter.
In most cases our availability and in-stock numbers are accurate and based on the materials we have sourced for the item. However, because our items are made to order and circumstances beyond our control can arise during manufacturing, there may be cases in which fabric consumption does not match our numbers on this website. When this occurs and in a situation where item number is cut short, orders will be fulfilled in a first come, first serve basis. If you’ve made a payment, but circumstances don’t permit us to produce your item, you payment will be automatically refunded.
Payments
Through our merchant partner PayPal we accept payment by major credit card or via your PayPal account.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.
Orders shipped within Canada are subject to the following taxes:

British Columbia is subject to 12% HST.

Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, and New Brunswick are subject to 13% HST.

Nova Scotia is subject to 15% HST.

All other provinces are subject to 5% GST.
Production & Shipping
All items available via artikolclothing.com are made-to-order and produced in limited numbers. What this means is that we don’t actually stock items, but rather make them as we receive orders. This guarantees you’ll receive a limited item not available to the masses, but also means a slightly longer production and delivery time. Our typical production run from end sale date to delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks. When circumstances beyond our control arise, we will communicate with you and advise you of the extended production time needed.
We currently only ship to Canada and the United States and all shipping prices include insurance. If you would like to purchase an item and live outside of these areas, you can contact us at info@artikolclothing.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Wrong Address & Non-Received Items
If the item is not received and sent back to us by the postal service company you may be charged the shipping twice in order for us to get the product in your hands.
Returns
Our items are made to order and carefully inspected prior to shipping. Subsequently we do not accept returns if you’ve ordered the wrong size or color. Returns are only accepted if there is an error on our part during production and if such a situation arises, we will handle on a per case basis.
